I will be talking about how I could change my game. There are two reasons how I could change our game. These reasons are have more time, and how I could change our game.

My first reason is if I had more time. If I had more time I could change my game in many different ways.If I had more time I would try to change my game by fixing it up a little bit more to make it look better and easier to play.

My last reason is how I could change my game. I could change my game by adding moving obstacles to the game that you would have to dodge. I would also would have added drag and drop also.

Game Presentation, Partner Grade, Good And Bad News May 16,2011

I have learned a lot from the other day. That we should really try and make a wrong scene, and that need to really be serious once we got in there and did our presentation. My partner and I did not know I could be that serious once I got up there, but I'd say that me and my partner did well in it. No matter if we did well or not I'd say that we learned a lot in this class and I have been taken this for a few years and I’m sure I’m going to miss it once get in high school.

My first reason is the good things. I think that we done good on our game. We also got good comments about our game. I think that we done very good on our game presentations.

My second reason is the bad thing. The bad thing is that our music started to miss up. We may have got some bad comment but they would have gave us a bad thing about were the music missed up.

My third reason is my partners grade. I think that my partner Kaitlyn done good helping with the game and presenting it. I think that she could have helped with the actions but she didn't do it.

Our game is finally finish and the only thing that I need to do is put some music on our game. We put these things in our game and they are hit test ,buttons, girl moving, and music. I think that our game is pretty good. It starts out as a quiz game then it goes to a fun game. The only thing that I need help with is what kind of music to put on my game. Kaitlyn was talk about the about scene second level and the last scene. I was talking about the title scene first level and the moving scene. Our game is basically about a girl try to go to prom first you have to answer some math problems about square roots, after you get done answer questions you get to move a girl around to hit the right answer.

There are three reasons why. These Reasons are what scenes she made, how she helped, and how she acts.

My first reason is what scenes she made.I think that my partner done good on helping on our game she made most of the scenes and I put them together. She made the first level ,the second level ,the fourth level ,and the last level. I made the title scene ,the moving scene ,the about scene ,and the credits scene.

My second reason is how she helped with the game. She helped with the game by making scenes and trying to help find music to put on our game. She has also helped present the game.

My third thing that I will be talking about is how my partner acts. My partner acts nice and some times mean. Some good thing are that she brings food, and helps with the game. The bad things are that she gets mad at me sometimes.

Well our final game is almost done and we need to get ready for our game demo and game presentations. I had to go back and remove some stuff from our game because it was messing up. I got all the game put together but I just need to get some of the buttons to work. Kaitlyn made some scenes and I made some but I had to put all the game together because Kaitlyn could not do it. We need to get some of the buttons to work so our game can be done.Kaitlyn is not here today so I have to finish the game all by myself. Any ways I had the game done but I saved it on the computer and it deleted. Ever since the game got done I had to go back and remake the game. We have eight levels to play and every game part there is a question before it if you get the question right you get to play the game but if you get it wrong you have to go back and re answer the question.

What We Changed Through Out The Game 1-11-11

I am going to be talking about three things that we have changed since the beginning of school to now. There are three reasons why I am going to be talking about the topic. These reasons are hit test, buttons, and a bonus level.

My first reason is the hit test. We were going to make everything just buttons until we decided to put hit test to our game. We got the hit test to work like three weeks ago thanks to Billy. We got aggravated a few weeks before we got the hit test to work I and wanted to change them into buttons now that we got the hit test to work it made the game better.

My second reason is the buttons. We have got all the buttons to work but we wanted to get drag and drop to work but we could never get it to work. So we changed drag and drop to buttons.

My third reason is that we are making a bonus level. We are making a bonus level because I think that it will make the game fu to play. We are going to have six buttons that you will click on to take you to a bonus level that you want to play.

Now that you know my three reasons about how we changed our game I can leave now. We have made many accomplishments to our game but we did not put them on the team page yet.

Peer Evalutions 3-31-11

I will be talking about our peer evalutions. There are three reasons why I will be talking about this. These reason are the good news, the bad news, and what we need to do and finish our game.

My first reason is that the groups said that we had good graphics and good movement. They also said they like the colors and the fonts. I have learned that I has good action scripting and they liked the title scene.

My second reason is the bad news. Some people colors did not match like black blackgrounds with dark color fonts and light color fonts with light backgrounds. The groups told me the only things that we need done is getting the hit test to go to the right scenes. They also said that we need to get some of our buttons to work.

My third reason is what we need to do to finish the game. I need to put all the game scenes together. I got most of the game scenes together but not all of them. I need to get the hit test to work. I am tring to get the drag and drop to work but so far it don't looke like it is working out.

Now that you know my good and bad news and what I need to accomplish. I am going to try to get some one to help me with hit test and drag and drop.

I can use my time wisely by not getting on any thing the I am not supposed to get on like yahoo, walking around the class, and by not getting into trouble. My first reason is not to get on anything that I am not supposed to get on. I should not get on yahoo because I will not get any work accompilshed in this class and we only have four weeks to get done. I really need to get the hit test and drag and drop done then we will be finished with the game. My scenond reason is walking around the class. I shouldnt be getting up and walking aound the class and helping other people on their game. I should sit down and work on my game so I can hurry and get our game done. My third reason is by not getting into trouble. I have not getting into trouble as much as I done at the begining of the year. I really need to not get into trouble. I need to hurry and get the hit test to work so we can get our game done cause I know that there is not that many more days that we have to work on our game. The year is almost gone and we have acomlished many new things this year.

Good and Bad 3-18-11

I have three good and bad accomplishments. There are three reasons for each of my good and bad stuff. These reason are I got the buttons working, game scenes together, and I got the numbers moving and the girl moving. My three bad news are I didn't get the hit test working, didn't get the drag and drop working , and making the hit test go to the scene that it needs to go to.
My first reason is the good news. I have got the buttons working very well . They go to the correct scene. I put the scenes together with actions. One of the scenes most people like it because the numbers are moving the girls is moving and there are obstacles that you have to dodge to hit the right answer.
My second reason is the bad news. I am tring to get the hit tes to work but it is hard. I used other people codes and still cain't get it to work. I aslo need to get the drag and drop to work. I got the numbers a moving but when I put them in the bag it doesn't take you to the scene that it has to go to.I aslo can not get the hit test to the scenes that it has to go to.
My third reason is I lost my flash drive with all my work on it. When I find my flash drive I am going to brang it to school and give it to my partner so that I dont lose it again. When I brang it to school I can get more work done then what I am doing now.

Well we are changing our game from quiz games to a regular game. We had got new ideals from the Globaloria people and by our teachers Mr.Addiar and Mr.Lester. Our game demo went good, we just had a little problem on reading our font. I do think that we could have done better on our game demo. Some of the people in our class done very good on their presentations. After we got done presenting our game to the class we got to eat some stuff. I learned not to use dark colors with dark backgrounds. You should use lite colors with our dark backgrounds, or use dark fonts with lite backgrounds. I also learned to make sure that you go back and see if you made any mistakes or misspelled words. I think that this year will be a lot easier than last year because we started last year and did know a lot about flash, and this year we know a lot more than what we new last year.

I think that adding sound was easy for me because some of us are experience to it. Adding sound for me was easy because I was the one that added sound to our game last year. This year I am adding sound to our game like music. If you get a question wrong you will hear booing sounds or a wrong buzzer. I think making a scene is easy and fun because I took this class last year. I had learned a lot from Mrs.I.Barker last year because she was a assume teacher and she can teach you alot if you are new. The haddest part about adding a scene was when you had to put in the code and name your figures. When I put my code in it did not work, and when Angel puts the code in it works.

I am working on sports the sport that we had chosen was football. I have chosen to pick football because we like to play it. I think that it will be a good topic to use because it is interesting to play. How you get to play the game is how when you get an answer right. The hardiest thing in our game to teach about is level three because their is a hallway with books and you are a person looking for information. You will have to hit books to give you facts about Freedom of Expression. The hallway is dark right now till i can find pictuers of lights to put up on the wall. I think that level is diffucult because you probably don't know what to do that is where a hint will move acroos the top that will say hit the book to get facts for when you go into the court house. I think that the best game would probably be about Hitler vs Stalin: Who Shall Win. I think that it will teach about civics because it teaches a little bit of History and different kinds of the governemt. In their game they would probably need some facts about Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and the U.S. I think that their game is fun but they need to probably take some of the objects out ,because it is to hard to click on the on the yellow textbook. In the past few weeks we have been adding sounds and animations. I didn't get time to add sounds but I am finished with adding animations. I need help in how to click on the play button and it will go to the first level. I also need to make the next level button work. I think that it will be a little bit easy to add sounds. Animal Cruelty

I think that we need to stop animal cruelty. Their are a lot of animals in the animal shelter that had been abused by people that don't even want them ,and they also take them some where to drop them of. These animals are being returned to already overcrowed shelters and the cruel trueth is that many pets will be dumped, abandoned and turned out to live on the streets. Other will suffer from hunger, neglect, and abouse. Please stop this brutal cycle. Acts of violence or neglect perpetrated against animals are considered animal cruelty. Some examples include overt abuse, dog fighting and cock fighting, and companion animals being neglected or denied basic necessities of care, such as food, water or shelter. Animal welfare organizations across the country work daily to educate people about how to care for their companion animals and how they can prevent animal cruelty.

Adding Navigation

I have been working hard on flash now I am going to Add navigation's to my flash files. I am almost finished with flash I only need to finish level four ,and upload my flash that I am finished so I will not get in trouble. I had not been working hard yesterday because I had to help some people with their flash. Some people needs a lot of help with their flash because they keep on getting on my nerves ,because they don't pay attention to Mrs. Barker when she is explaining something. I think that it is hard but I don't want to drop out of this class like some people wants to ,because I think that it is fun. I had learned a bunch of stuff in flash like drawing, adding actions to my flash. The easiest thing that I thought that was easy was the drawings and the hardest thing was adding the actions to make you click on buttons to go on to the next scene. I had managed to add actions to my scenes but it was hard some of my stuff I had to stay for after school to get help from Mrs.Barker. I had learned a lot of stuff about my game from Abby Taylor, Rachael, and David they have told us a lot of interesting stuff about our game and they gave us a web site that we can go on and get some ideals. I till have a little more questions about our game that I don't know. I am almost finished with adding navigation's.

Drawing in flash

I have almost finished my flash drawings I only need three more drawings to finish. I have finished tracing a courthouse it was easy and it looks good a little bit I need to fix it up so it would look better. I need to upload my flash drawings that I had finished on to my project page so my grade won't go down.If my grade goes down I can't play sports so I'm getting ready to go ,and put my drawings on my wiki and when I get down I am going to work on my flash.

My game is going well. Me and my partner have done some research some interesting thing for our game idea. We have finished the title scene, and the level scene on flash. We had finished our paper photo type on video ,we have also finished our team page questions on the paper photo type. I have been working on our game on flash, I had also been working on our team page. I think that we can do our paper photo type on flash.

If we could get Abby Taylor to help us on our game we could probably do well on it. We could probably win and I could win a free laptop, or if I place second I could win a free flip camera, if anybody participate they can get a gift to. I would think that we would need some help or ideals on our game so we could win first place. I think that we could beat those high schools and those middle schools. Abby, Rachael, and David had gave us some good information on civics and about our games that we talked about for two periods. I think we would enter the contest if Roger Bolen would let us be in the contest because I really want a free laptop or a flip camera. I think every body in my class could win a prize if they tried hard enough. I really do think that I could do this and keep my A in here so I can play basketball. My Game Topic

My game topic is about The Courthouse it is based on Rights an Responsibilities. Do we have rights to wear what ever we want to wear in school if it don't hurt other peoples feelings. We think that it is a part of civics that we think that we can beat those High Schools and other Middle Schools.

I think that they will learn a lot of stuff about our game because if they have to go to court they will know what to do if they go to court so they can try to fight their way out of going to jail.

Our game is on civics because it is The Courthouse. It teaches about civics because it is a little bit like the Branches of Government. I think that we are doing a hard topic on civics because it probably won't work but, we think if we try hard of nough we can get through it.

Our team name is Halo Machines. My partners name is Roger Bolen and we are making our game on the Court House. The characters are the judge, the jury, and the plaintiff. We are going to draw our game design when we get done with our blog. Our topic name is Rights in Responibilities I think that it will be hard to make but I think we can do it. You will have to answer the questions that we ask you. You will have to try to when the case by given your word that what you think that happened. If you lose the case you will go to jail. So if I was you I would try to when the case so you won't have to stay in jail.

We have been learning how to use flash and how to make objects move and come back. So far I'm doing well it has been helping me type faster and, Ireally do like this class I can't wait next year to see if I'm in this class again. I have been learning a lot of stuff about computers that I have never knew before. So next year I will know more stuff than I knew this year I will help people that needs help to add any thing. At the begging of the year I fought it would be harder than I expect but so far it isz easy becaue, I got an A. I am having a lot of fun in this class, Mrs.Barker has showed me knew stuff that I have never knew about computers.

We have rights and resonsibilities like if the school had to make rights girls would have to were pants,skirts,or shorts that come to their nees. Boys should where pants that are not baggy,and shorts that are not baggy if their clothes are baggy they should wear a bealt. If they wear baggy pants they should go to the office and call home and ask for a bealt.

Hello, I'm Stephen Iam in Mrs.Barker 7th grade Globaloria class. I want to learn how to make games. I like to play on computer and I like to learn lot's of stuff in this class. I think it will be fun and interesting I heard that it is hard in fun.
